Liberty Living plc manages student and key worker accommodation on behalf of funds under the investment management of Brandeaux, working in conjunction with universities and other representative bodies to provide modern, stylish and affordable accommodation to the growing student population in the UK.

Brandeaux Student Accommodation Fund, which operates exclusively under the LibertyLiving brand, has invested over £300 million in the last year alone in acquiring existing high quality accommodation from other providers and engaging with universities with which it has relationships to develop mutually beneficial programmes for new student housing.

Our management model puts emphasis on the General Manager and their team to be responsible for the running of the site and the relationships with tenants and the university agencies that support those tenants, with support being provided in areas of professional expertise by head-office personnel based in London, Manchester and Nottingham, in the areas of marketing, human resources, facilities management, legislative compliance and project management.
